From where did he come? Pastor Snurr was born in 1950 in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania to Mary and Robert Snurr.  His parents saw to it that he was in church from the time he was two weeks old. Education Joseph accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior on December 3, 1972.  Then in 1980, he realized his calling to the ministry.  He taught children in Sunday School during the early 80's.  In 1985, he began studying for his ministerial credentials through the Pentecostal Church of God and received his Exhorter's License.  He served as youth Pastor for several years. Ministry In 1994 Joseph received his Minister's license with the Fundamental Pentecostal Assembly (FPA).  From that point, Joseph served as an Associate Pastor and Pastor in two churches. In 1998, Joseph received his Ordination with the FPA and has since been ministering as an evangelist, an adult Sunday School teacher and Assistant Minister to the Pastor. Now Pastor Snurr heads Beth Shalom, Inc. as well as his in church ministries.
