  • Ok...   so for another of our Feral Kitten adventures.  These two little guys were captured as feral kittenz when they are about 3-4 months old.  They are about a month or so older in these pictures.  They were born approximately November 26th, 2003.

    They look like they are kin to our first litter.  The stripped one looks a lot like Mordy and the dark one looks a lot like Smudge/Smudge had the orange mark on the forehead and this one does too....   as well as the other markings being so similar.  Raggie, Smudge's sister too has an orange spot on her head.  Yes, since they came from the same area, around our house, I would think they are from the same blood line of feral Katz.

    Our little Stripped one is a male and rather cautious yet.  He's apparently still unsure of the big ugly humans that are always around here.

    We have finally named them.  The striped male is Homer and the turtle shell female is Harriet.  I think that because they were from the Ozarks, these names do them well and the names seem to fit them well.  {grin}

    We decided to keep them separated from the other cats temporarily.  The only place to separate them to, is my den.  It's not the neatest place and they still tend to rearrange everything.  They do, however, seems to want to help with the printing.  They lay on the printer a lot.

    And in the printer...   of course this is only an older printer that still sits around here.

    He seems to think this printer's a nice bed just for him.  I wonder if that printer can print on hairballs.  {grin}  He does fit rather well though.

    I guess it's his until he finds another place to take his naps.  He sometimes jumps on my new printer, turns it on, and starts printing out blank pages.  {sigh}

    I reckon I'll have to move that new printer into a place where they can't doing that.

    Katz!  Can't train 'em, can't change 'em.

    Then after they have a hard day at play, they can relax on my old home made shelf where they can take their kat nap.  They are a super kute kouple of kittenz.  They use this one place to lay together and snooze.

    Ain't they just the katz meow?!?
