What is Responsibility?
Knowing and doing what both God and others are expecting from me.
It's related to the motivational gift of Ruling Scripture Text: "So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God." - Romans 14:12 Some of the Attributes: "Knowing and doing what is expected of me, without superior authority; Trustworthy; Dependable; Reliable; Accountable. (a.c.e.) "Learning to assume the protection of that which was entrusted to you." "Learning to establish personal restrictions and guidelines that are necessary to fulfill what you know you should do." Questions to ask yourself: 1. Would those you work for leave their most cherished possessions in your care? 2. Do you delegate to others jobs you know you should do yourself? 3. Do you have to be reminded to do the tasks that have been assigned to you? 4. Can others rest assured that you will complete a task once it has been given to you?
