What is Fairness?
Looking at a decision from the viewpoint of each person involved.
It's related to the motivational gift of Mercy Scripture Text: "And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise." - Luke 6:30 Some of the Attributes: "Seeing any given situation from the viewpoint of others as well as one's self." "Giving proper rewards to those who helped you accomplish your goals. "Learning to gather all the facts before making a conclusion." Questions to ask yourself: 1. Do the decisions you make cause resentment from those affected by them? 2. Do you twist rules in order to win a game? 3. Have you ever sold somebody something you know was worth what he expected he was getting? Projects and Bible Study Questions to help instill this quality: In today's world, our idea of FAIRNESS often opposes God's dealings, and the whole idea of equality and fairness has been distorted by our generation, which has become perverse.
